PAYMENT

We offer accessible, affordable dental services and strive to create a relationship of mutual respect and integrity with our patients. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Payment for services is required at the time of service, and we ask that you make financial arrangements prior to your visit. We require at least your estimated co-payment (estimated fee minus estimated insurance coverage) at the time of treatment. We will submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. However, you are ultimately responsible for any charges for which their insurance company decides not to pay. We accept credit cards, cash and personal checks. Please ask us about the Capital One payment plan.



CANCELLATION

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24-48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A $50 fee will be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without appropriate notice.
